I've been an avid fitness enthusiast throughout my life, and enjoy being able to instruct fast-paced exercise classes, such as Spin, in addition to my own personal workout routines.  I consider myself a master of time management and being able to make the most of any time available to exercise.  I strive to help people find something that works for them, within the time that they have available and that they enjoy.
